If you decide to return items that have a discount, the amount refunded will be subject to the minimum spending amount of the discount. This means that if the items returned bring the new order total below the minimum spending amount necessary to use the discount, the discounted amount will be deducted from the refund. Discounts and discount thresholds exclude postage and packaging. If the original order is returned and you would like to reorder another size or color, we cannot reissue a discount code or deduct the discount from your order.

If you believe an error has occurred due to a mistake on our part, first of all, please accept our sincerest apologies! Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us! We are happy to replace or exchange any items that we missed the mark on.

Exchange Request Instructions

Please follow these instructions for Return Request:

1. Take a photo of the problem – If the problem is size, please use a ruler.

2. Send an email with the subject line “Order # “YourOrderNumber” Replacement Request” to

All orders are guaranteed for delivery. If orders are not received due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement item will be ordered. The replacement item will be shipped to the original Shipping Address listed at the time the original order was placed.

We work very hard to photograph and process every photo so that the colors depicted are as accurate as possible. However, the colors of your monitor, smartphone screen or tablet, can vary. Every device has its own set of colors, contrast and calibration. If you're not satisfied with the color of the product you receive let us know. 

SHIPPING works hard to ship our customers’ orders as soon as we can. As a result, we are unable to modify addresses on existing orders. There is a small window of time where we may be able to cancel your order and help you replace your order with the correct address!

We work hard to get orders packed and shipped for our customers quickly. We accept 12 hours’ notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or Shipping Address information. Just feel free to contact us. We're available 24/7 at

Please note that any request received after 12 hours period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.

We will still do our best to get a hold or cancel your order after 12 hours period but no guarantee. If we were able to do so you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee on account of the cost we incur for the item already being in production.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order summary once your order is complete. Once received, your order will be packed and shipped within 1-4 business days. Your tracking information will be emailed to you upon shipment.

We process and ship orders Monday – Friday with the exception of major holidays. Most orders ship within 1 to 4 business days. Occasionally orders may take longer to process. Once shipped, delivery is estimated at 5 to 40 business days to arrive depending on the delivery address and shipping location.

When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

Absolutely! We provide tracking numbers for all order items once they have shipped.  

Tracking information can take up to 24 hours after your order has shipped to show movement. 

If you haven't seen any update after the 24 hours window please know this occasionally happens and doesn’t necessarily mean that your package is lost. Sometimes packages are not scanned accurately throughout the shipping process.
